Cause

Prevention

  • orthopedic examinations to detect timely flat feet;
  • wearing shoes without stilettos and toes pointing);
  • mandatory use of orthopedic insoles;
  • Exercise therapy.

Remember that if you do not do anything, the disease will develop into chronic bursitis (inflammation) and arthrosis.Also, if the disease progresses, surgery may be needed.
